During my week I spend almost half my week at the Taguspark university campus, 21 km from where I live, and the
remaining time at the Alameda university campus, 4 km from where I live. Sometimes switching from one to the other
a few times in the same day. I easily manage to do so without using or owning a private automobile. Instead, I rely on the university shuttle, Lisbon metro and buses, Lisbon-Oeiras commuter buses and occasionally a bike to move around. This way I neither contribute to this, nor this nor this. If you happen to work or study in any of the above campus and you feel that any of the above alternatives might suit you (yet you still do not use them), please consider giving them a try. | |
