SoftwareUWC - Unicode Wordlist Creator
program receives a text file and creates a wordlist from it, using a
minimum word size (default is 8) and a maximum word size (default is
63). This is done using ICU (unicode library for C) to guarantee
compatability with any language.
The purpose of all this is to create wordlists for WPA cracking in any language with full Unicode capability.
still has a few bugs, but it works nicely. I decided to make this
because there was no free wordlist creator for Linux with respect for
There is a bash script included (lwc.sh) which
processes Latin languages and extracts all the words from up to 9 pdf
files at a time, runs them through UWC and then makes a duplicate of
all the words withouth punctuation characters. The final list is a
concatenation of all the words (between 8 and 63 characters) and
their duplicates withouth punctuation. You still must have Unicode
support in the terminal, but this is available out of the box in most
major Linux distributions nowadays.
